Oil-damped Tonearm

This photo illustrates the Grace Oil-Damped Arm. An oil-damped arm is important in making Sakuma sound. Without this arm the sound loses depth.
To enrich CD sound quality Sakuma makes an 845 buffer amplifier. The oil-damped arm provides the same tonal effect as an 845 amplifier.


The Grace arm is made from thin metal.
In the next photo is my oil-damped arm.
It is made of die-cast aluminum.
